Refund policy
1. Our Guarantee and Policy Overview
We want you and your child to be completely delighted with your new Mr Timble books. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Time Frame: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the date you received the shipment.
Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable digital products are non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to cathy@mrtimble.com with the subject line: "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".
Provide Details: In the email, include your Order Number and the specific item(s) you wish to return.
Returns Address: Returns should be sent back to our office in Norway. Return postage would need to be covered by you.
Acknowledge: We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions on where to send the package.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm it has arrived.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Refunds can only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will refund the full purchase price and cover the cost of shipping.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is covered by you.
5. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange an item due to damage, send us an email at cathy@mrtimble.com and follow the return procedure described above. We will send a replacement once the item has been received and inspected.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
